I've signed up. What now?
After completing the sign up process, you will receive an email with a 60-day temporary YESS Card for you to print out and start using immediately.
Just show your 60-day temporary card at any participating store to instantly receive your discount. Search by product category or by stores near you to see where you can start SAVING NOW with the YESS Card.
Temporary card? How about the real card?
Your permanent YESS Card along with a convenient YESS Card Key Fob will be mailed to you within 60 days of registration. The permanent card and key fob will be valid for the remainder of the year.
I am shopping at a participating YESS Card business, what's next?
Once you arrive at the point of sale or cash, please present your YESS Card to the sales associate / cashier. The YESS Card business will then apply the automatic “show and save” discount to your purchase. No codes, swipes, paper coupons, forms to fill out or waiting time...just immediate savings. Yes, it's that easy!
What happens at the end of the year?
At the end of the year, we will send you a new YESS Card and Key Fob for the following year.
How do I cancel my YESS Card membership?
We don't think that will happen, but if it does, simply return your YESS card & key fob with a quick note which identifies you and asks us to cancel your membership. Please note that once your returned card & key fob and cancellation notice is received by our office, only one monthly payment will be deducted since the majority of our customers are always paying for the previous month plus our office requires some time to process the cancellation through our direct debit provider.
I've lost my card, what should I do?
If you have misplaced either your YESS Card or Key Fob, you can continue to use the remaining card until the end of the year. If you have lost both, we can send you a replacement (Card/Key Fob) for a charge of $20.
